Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel guest interactions.
• Experience in Reservations, Front Office, Spa or Food & Beverage preferred.
• Strong math, written and computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Excellent phone demeanor and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to the resort and maintain a pleasant phone presence.
• Provide luxury guest service and assist via email and phone.
• Assist with in-room dining and special requests.
• Promote resort amenities and local attractions to guests.
• Log and notify appropriate teams for guest issues and recovery as needed.
