Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clerical/administrative hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to deliver a unique guest experience.
• Ability to pass a general background check and references.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations.
• Answer emails and phone calls promptly.
• Explain spa services and product offerings.
• Book spa appointments accurately in system.
• Upsell spa services and retail products.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain lockers.
• Ensure pool deck and fitness areas are stocked.
• Coordinate with front desk and facilities on issues.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist Spa Manager with administrative tasks.
• Support team with coverage for staff absences.
