Job summary

Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a friendly Guest Services team member to ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience for every guest. You’ll handle reservations for spa, lodging, and restaurant, across three software platforms, and tailor each guest interaction from first call to future visits.

You will process payments accurately, attend to guest needs with joy, and join a committed team that values omotenashi hospitality.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Efficient and accurate with payment processing.
• Able to commit to at least one regular night and/or weekend shift.

• Take spa, lodging, and restaurant reservations across three software platforms
• Tailor each experience to our guests’ needs, from their first phone call to their next visit
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
