The Broadmoor Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, coordinate arrivals, and guide them through personalized spa itineraries. You will promote skincare and retail products while ensuring seamless communication with estheticians, therapists, and leadership to deliver Five-Star service.

Responsibilities include managing spa reservations, handling payments, reconciling daily cash, and maintaining a pristine reception area in a luxury environment.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in luxury customer service, hotel front desk, or spa preferred.
• Proficiency with spa reservation software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a luxury welcome and handle check-in/out.
• Coordinate and manage spa/salon reservations using scheduling platforms.
• Process guest payments and reconcile cash and credit transactions.
• Promote and sell skincare, wellness, and retail products with knowledgeably.
• Maintain a pristine reception area and coordinate with other departments.
