Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name, manage seamless check-ins and check-outs, and provide tailored overviews of Broadmoor amenities and accommodations.
• Serve as the primary communication link between guests, housekeeping, concierge, and management to fulfill VIP requests.
• Accurately post room charges, manage cash banks, handle secure credit card transactions, and balance daily shift folios according to Broadmoor policies.
• Maintain Front Desk station, stay organized and stocked at all times.
• Comply with Broadmoor guidelines, safety policies, and standards for Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five-Diamond.
• Learn about The Broadmoor’s history, estate grounds, culinary offerings, and retail outlets.
• Execute additional duties as required.
