• Greet and assist guests.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.

• Support sales of memberships and spa products.
• Educate guests about Spavia services and products.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with team to meet spa needs.
• Attend to details in all routine duties.
