Job summary

Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans seeks a Social Event Sales Manager to lead revenue-driven event sales strategies. You will cultivate relationships, source new business, and execute luxury weddings and social events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

You will drive client engagements, perform site visits, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event sales within luxury hospitality, hotels, or lifestyle venues
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
• Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and event execution; highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across social, primarily wedding, market segments
• Proactively source new business while strengthening existing client relationships
• Execute sales action plans aligned with revenue goals
• Lead venue tours, client meetings, and sales calls; represent the property at trade shows
• Maintain outbound prospecting and in-person engagement targets
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Hotel Saint Vincent and MML
• Coordinate pre-event planning and site visits; be on-site for key moments
• Manage full event lifecycle from inquiry to post-event follow-up
