Oasis Luxury Smart Homes is seeking a Residential A/V Smart Home Design Consultant in Scottsdale to own client relationships from first conversation to signed contract. You will meet homeowners, builders and designers, design their home technology systems, write proposals and hand off projects to our install team.

The role focuses on listening, designing the right solution, and turning trust into long-term relationships.

Competenze

• Proven sales track record in luxury residential, construction, or design.
• Ability to connect with builders, architects, designers and end users.
• Experience with AV, home technology, or electrical systems preferred.
• Clear, warm, direct communication in person, on the phone and in writing.

Mansioni

• Build and manage your own pipeline with referral partners.
• Lead site surveys and walkthroughs to uncover client needs.
• Design systems for home automation, A/V, networking, lighting, shades, security.
• Create accurate proposals and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth handoffs.
• Grow existing client relationships and track pipeline.
• Attend industry events and demonstrate showroom features.
