Oasis Luxury Smart Homes in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced AV Field Project Manager to lead luxury smart home projects from rough-in to ribbon-cutting. You will own the schedule, budget and quality, lead install crews on site, and hands-on when needed, working closely with sales designers, the project coordinator, builders and clients.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of residential AV or home automation experience.
• Hands-on programming with Control4, Crestron, Savant or Lutron.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Ability to read construction drawings and wiring schematics.
• Clear, professional communication in high-end homes and client settings.
• Organized, reliable and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Take handoff from sales and act as main contact among client, sales designer and project coordinator.
• Manage every phase from prewire through trim, commissioning and final walkthrough on schedule and budget.
• Lead install crews and perform hands-on wiring, terminations, mounting TVs, speakers and racks, and network setup.
• Program and fine-tune control and lighting on platforms like Control4, Crestron, Savant and Lutron.
• Configure routers, switches and wireless networks for solid performance.
• Run quality checks and troubleshooting to minimize callbacks.
• Coordinate with builders, electricians, designers and other trades on site.
• Send daily updates, maintain documentation, and keep sites clean and safe.
• Train clients on systems at handoff so they enjoy using them.
