Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in New York seeks a dedicated Skincare Specialist to promote the Dior Brand and deliver exceptional client service. You will conduct in-store and remote selling, achieve retail targets, and apply the D.I.O.R. methodology to understand clients’ needs.

You will build lasting client relationships, perform CRM activities, manage stock and counter operations, and stay trained on the full skincare services menu. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of skincare selling experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
• 1-2 years of retail experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
• Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability).
• Experience in selling makeup, fragrance and skincare in a luxury setting.
• Digital savvy; comfortable with operational POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and client tracking systems.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Sell Dior products by meeting clients' needs and delivering a memorable experience.
• Achieve retail targets and contribute to counter KPIs monthly.
• Develop durable relationships with existing clients and engage new ones.
• Register client data in CRM, perform clienteling activities, and drive traffic.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines, stock levels, and counter operations.
