Job summary

Fourth Floor, a growing luxury eyewear and accessories brand, seeks a Showroom Manager & Live Host for its Miami Beach location. You will lead day-to-day showroom operations, drive sales through private appointments and clienteling, and host livestream sessions to showcase products to clients and stylists.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in luxury retail, strong relationships in South Florida, and comfort selling on camera.

Qualifications

3+ years in luxury retail, boutique, gallery or high-end hospitality in South Florida.
Strong luxury selling and clienteling; established personal client book preferred.
Leadership experience or readiness to recruit and lead a small team.
Comfortable on camera; ability to sell products via livestream/digital channels.
Experience with inventory, shipping, fulfillment, or stock-controlled operations.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day performance and operations of the Miami Beach showroom with independence.
Drive sales through private appointments, clienteling, outreach, and local partnerships.
Build relationships with VIP clients, stylists, hospitality partners, and luxury community.
Develop new business beyond walk-in traffic via networking and local market activation.
Host livestream sessions twice weekly and present products on camera.
