Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in Columbia, MD seeks a Showroom Sales Coordinator to ensure a luxurious guest experience.

You will welcome visitors, gather initial information, and coordinate tours with showroom consultants, guiding walk-ins and appointments. Responsibilities include answering the showroom phone, scheduling consultations, coordinating events, maintaining product literature, and acting as liaison between Showroom and Corporate on updates.

Qualifications

• High School or better required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a high-end setting.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival, offer beverages, and coordinate tours with showroom consultants.
• Manage showroom phone line, confirm appointments, and schedule consultations.
• Coordinate and prepare for showroom events, RSVP lists, and attendance.
• Maintain product literature, order supplies, and liaise with Corporate on product updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
