Sub-Zero Group, Inc. seeks a Showroom Sales Coordinator for our Columbia, MD showroom to deliver an efficient and luxurious visitor experience. You will greet clients, gather information, coordinate tours with sales consultants, and support the Path-to-Purchase process with administrative duties.

This role requires strong communication, eagerness to help, and the ability to manage events and inventory. The position offers competitive hourly pay, a quarterly bonus opportunity, and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom or retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a high-end showroom.

Responsabilités

• Greet showroom visitors and coordinate tours with sales consultants.
• Manage showroom phone line and schedule consultations.
• Coordinate and prepare for showroom events, RSVP tracking and setup.
• Maintain product literature and liaise with Corporate for updates.
• Support general showroom administrative duties as needed.
