Korner Interior Solutions LLC seeks a Showroom Customer Service Representative to join our Farmers Branch showroom. The role blends customer service, hospitality, administrative support, and event assistance in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and comfortable engaging with designers, dealers, and guests while preparing beverages and maintaining a polished showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, interior design showrooms, or a client-facing environment is a plus.
• Proactive, polished, and able to manage multiple requests calmly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high-end showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide coffee, beverages, water, and light snacks for meetings and guests.
• Maintain showroom hospitality areas with stock, glassware, and supplies.
• Keep client-facing spaces clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Support showroom opening/closing, resets, and daily routines.
• Assist with scheduled appointments, tours, and presentations.
• Assist with showroom events including setup, hospitality, and post-event cleanup.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Operations, and Marketing to address customer needs.
• Record accurate customer notes, follow-ups, and communications in company systems.
• Handle post-delivery questions and route service or parts requests as needed.
