• Strong leadership of operational teams in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating between selling teams and store operations.
• Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in coordinating shipping, inventory, and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities to support Personal Shopping and Elevated Shopping.
• Provide coaching and prioritization to Operations Assistants and staff.
• Set standards for service, fulfillment, and inventory accuracy across functions.
• Develop scheduling and workload allocation to meet client demand.
• Serve as escalation point for client experience issues and operational risks.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development of operations staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation to protect assets and support growth.
• Plan and execute client events, trunk shows, and VIP experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate performance updates and risks to leadership.
