Job summary

Bloomingdale's Elevated Shopping Operations Assistant Manager leads and optimizes the daily operations supporting Personal Shopping and Elevated Shopping, partnering with Personal Shoppers, Stylists, and Store Leadership to deliver luxury client experiences.

Responsible for scheduling, workflow prioritization, and process controls across service, fulfillment, and inventory. Drives continuous improvement while protecting assets and ensuring service excellence.

• Establish standards, monitor execution, and ensure accountability across service and fulfillment.
• Develop scheduling strategies to support business volume and client demand.
• Oversee shipping, delivery, and inventory operations for client purchases.
• Manage merchandise flow, safeguards, and inventory integrity.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
