Christian Dior Couture in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Shoe Ambassador to support Dior shoe sales, client journeys, and recruitment within Neiman Marcus. You will deliver personalized service, train and guide leased department store teams, and maintain visual merchandising to Dior standards.

The role focuses on brand presence, exceptional client experiences, and collaboration with store partners to drive sales while upholding Dior policies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise and supplies as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Provide exceptional client experience in partnership with leased department store teams.
• Deliver expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate sales.
• Build relationships with leased department store sellers and communicate effectively.
• Provide training, styling guidance, and collection insights to store teams.
• Share client feedback, opportunities, and operational insights with management.
• Execute visual merchandising standards according to Dior guidelines.
• Complete boutique opening/closing procedures and POS operations accurately.
• Process Dior POS transactions with compliance to policies.
• Prepare and package client purchases following Dior presentation standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and audits; communicate discrepancies.
• Oversee product movements including shipments, loans, transfers, returns, retrievals.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and boutique work areas.
• Manage daily operational tasks and Dioroutine priorities.
• Submit daily/weekly reports including exception actions and sales reconciliation.
• Support overall boutique operations while adhering to policies and safety standards.
