Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Texas is seeking a Dior Shoe Ambassador to support day-to-day sales, client journeys, and recruitment, while assisting with operational and visual merchandising tasks for the Dior shoe business. You will collaborate with leased department store teams to deliver exceptional experiences and drive sales.

The role requires strong brand knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and supplies as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Provide exceptional client experiences by creating a welcoming environment and partnering with store teams.
• Deliver product knowledge and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience and drive sales.
• Build relationships with leased department store sellers through communication and follow-up.
• Coach and guide sales teams with styling guidance and collection insights.
• Communicate client feedback and operational insights to management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per Dior guidelines.
• Process Dior POS transactions accurately and complete daily tasks per Dior routines.
• Prepare and package client purchases following presentation standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycles, counts, and audits; report discrepancies.
• Oversee product movements including shipments, transfers, loans, and returns.
• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and boutique work areas.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including supply ordering and Dior routine priorities.
• Complete daily/weekly reporting and banking reconciliation.
• Support boutique operations while adhering to policies, safety, and compliance.
