Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in residential shell construction.
• Experience with concrete, masonry, and framing in high-end homes is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural blueprints and plans.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and wind-load requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage subcontractors and crews, ensuring workmanship, pace, and safety.
• Direct shell build sequence from site prep to truss set.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and wind-load requirements.
• Coordinate trades to maintain master schedule across multiple homes.
• Perform quality control and verify dimensions against plans.
• Schedule and manage inspections with municipal authorities.
• Liaise with builders, superintendents, and engineers to protect schedule.
• Order and stage materials and equipment to prevent downtime.
