Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our high-end residential shell construction division in the Tampa Bay area. You will oversee concrete slab installation, block masonry, and structural framing for custom homes, ensuring on-schedule delivery and adherence to code.

The ideal candidate has strong residential shell expertise, excellent relationships with builders and crews, and a track record of moving complex shell packages from slab to truss set while maintaining

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management or advanced supervisory experience focused on residential shell construction (concrete, masonry, and framing).
• Proven track record managing structural phases for high-end, complex custom homes or luxury residential properties.
• Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and identify discrepancies in complex architectural blueprints, structural engineering layouts, and truss packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage Subcontractors & Crews: Hire, schedule, and direct concrete, masonry, and framing subcontractors, holding each trade accountable for workmanship, pace, and a clean, safe jobsite from slab through dry-in.
