Leola Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our high-end residential shell division, overseeing concrete slab installation, masonry, and structural framing in Tampa Bay and Central Florida.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management or advanced supervision in residential shell construction.
• Proven track record managing high-end custom homes.
• Ability to read complex architectural blueprints and plans.
• Strong knowledge of local Florida codes and wind-load requirements.
• Leadership and clear communication with builders and crews.
• Proficient with modern construction scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and crews: hire, schedule, direct concrete, masonry, and framing trades with accountability for workmanship and safety.
• Own the shell build from slab to roof: direct site prep, slab, block masonry, lintels, framing and truss set.
• Ensure Florida Code and wind-load compliance on all builds.
• Coordinate seamless trade sequencing to maintain the master schedule.
• Enforce precise dimensions, tolerances, and adherence to plans.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections across Tampa Bay area.
• Serve as primary contact for builders and engineers to protect the schedule.
• Order and stage materials and equipment to prevent outages.
