This role involves overseeing subcontractors, maintaining quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Competitive salary range is $90,000 – $110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction, specifically luxury custom homes.
• Strong knowledge of the Florida Building Code, materials, and residential construction practices.
• Ability to manage daily construction operations on multiple high-end projects.
