Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent communication and guest service.

Responsabilités

• Lead guests through a curated and memorable dining experience from seating to farewell.
• Present menus, explain offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately enter orders in the POS system and note dietary needs clearly.
• Deliver and clear food and beverages with timing, polish, and care.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service team to provide synchronized, guest-centric service.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and grace.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and responsible service standards.
