Responsibilities

• Take orders, anticipate guest needs, and deliver items efficiently.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals.
• Upsell unique menu items while upholding Auberge Resorts Collection standards.
• Input orders into POS and handle billing accurately and promptly.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment.
• Keep restaurant outlets tidy and follow safe food handling procedures.
