Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Collection in Austin, TX is seeking a Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting.

The role requires at least one year of hospitality experience, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and the ability to obtain required state certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food and wine. Luxury hospitality property experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior professional appearance and manner in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers and alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering items efficiently.
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals with high-quality service.
• Comply with Auberge Collection standards and upsell menu items.
• Accurately take and place orders, input into the POS system, and handle billing.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy, organized and follow safe food handling procedures.
