Job summary

Grand Living at The Grove in Austin, TX seeks a Housekeeping Attendant to keep all areas of the community neat, orderly and welcoming for residents and guests. The role reports to the Director of Environmental Services and follows Grand Living standards for service and cleanliness.

The position offers on-site work with Full-Time (Sunday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm) and Part-Time (Sunday - Wednesday, 8am - 4:30pm) options, plus a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with Residents and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push/pull carts up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, orderly and welcoming common areas and resident apartments.
• Model friendly, courteous and professional service to residents and guests.
• Follow guidance from the Director of Environmental Services and Grand Living standards.
