Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents and team.
• Sufficient dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
