Cool Beauty Consulting in Cleveland, OH is seeking dynamic High-End Salon Sales Reps to expand and elevate our salon partnerships with luxury haircare brands. You’ll build relationships, present premium product ranges, and grow a local territory through strategic B2B outreach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably beauty or salon markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-through.
• Polished, professional demeanor with a passion for excellence.
• Ability to travel locally and manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Initiate strategic B2B cold calls to salons and barbershops.
• Build and maintain relationships with salon owners and stylists.
• Present premium beauty brands and solutions to clients.
• Open new accounts and grow the territory with a consultative approach.
