Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily salon operations to ensure a successful, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Service Providers and Guest Service Associates.
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture centered around Kenneth’s values.
• Lead by example in delivering a luxury guest experience through outstanding service.
• Drive salon performance focusing on guest retention, service/retail sales, productivity, and development.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
