Coach in Tucson is seeking a Sales Support Associate to deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail setting. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, operate POS, and help maintain a pristine sales floor.

You are a brand ambassador and will support stock flow, merchandising, and customer data capture. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is required in this dynamic fashion house.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred, luxury retail is a plus
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad / laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
• Ability to read price and product release sheets and use walkie talkie
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professional demeanor; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and coordinate with team
• Maintain cleaning standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
