Job summary

The Sales Support Associate helps deliver the brand experience at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, ensuring accurate product flow from receipt to point of sale and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Key duties include greeting clients, operating the POS, processing shipments, stocking and merchandising, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiar with cash registers, iPad/laptop use, POS systems, and stockroom duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
