Hermès Orlando Boutique is seeking a Sales Specialist to achieve selling and customer service objectives in a luxury environment. The role involves organizing the selling floor, assisting with inventory and ticketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences at the POS.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of luxury sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Open availability to accommodate business needs.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task and balance collaboration with a team.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Assist on POS transactions and CRM data accuracy, and provide after-sales support when needed.
• Maintain selling floor, stock levels, tagging and merchandising per guidelines.
• Provide high-quality customer service, greet clients promptly and assist with wrapping at POS.
