Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel and related tech.
• Flexibility for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• 3+ years of management experience overseeing a selling team.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep client relationships and grow repeat business to meet sales goals.
• Deliver memorable shopping experiences and plan client appointments.
• Maximize each appointment to address fashion needs and drive wallet share.
• Inform clients of in-store events to boost engagement and loyalty.
