Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in New York is seeking a WRTW Sales Manager to drive sales by developing clienteling and selling skills across a high-performing team. You will coach Style Advisors and Managers, onboard new hires and ensure top-level service with proactive outreach.

You will lead a fast-paced, results-driven operation, leveraging client data and events to maximize wallet share and build lasting client relationships in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail management is preferred.
• Ability to coach teams on clienteling, selling skills and service.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales goals.
• Plan client appointments to maximize results and inform clients of events.
• Inform clients of in-store events to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Identify patterns in client spend and increase wallet share.
• Increase new client acquisition via social media, referrals and networking.
• Coach and develop Style Advisors and Managers to meet targets.
