The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Sales Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content for our luxury sales teams. You will transform business needs, product information, and sales methodology into engaging, performance-based learning across instructor-led, virtual, digital, and microlearning formats.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent portfolio and experience considered.
• 5+ years of instructional design, learning content development, enablement, or related experience; portfolio of learning content for adult learners.
• Experience developing sales, hospitality, travel, reservations-center, or service learning is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop sales onboarding, product knowledge, luxury selling, systems, process, service, leadership, and ongoing development content.
• Apply instructional-design and adult-learning principles to create measurable learning objectives, practice activities, assessments, facilitator guides, and eLearning.
• Translate complex business information into concise, engaging learning for frontline performance.
• Develop content that reinforces value creation, consultative selling, guest discovery, storytelling, and relationship-based luxury sales.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather requirements, validate accuracy, and secure approvals.
• Ensure materials reflect brand standards and positioning across learning platforms.
• Build content for LMS and other digital platforms with version control.
