Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with high-end clientele in a luxury sales environment.
• Proven success selling to high-net-worth individuals and corporations.
• Management experience with coaching and staff development.
• Strong outreach experience with outbound sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Enhance customer experience through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Engage in proactive outreach to identify and cultivate new client relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track sales activities and client interactions.
• Participate in client visits, installations, and trade shows as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain gallery presentation and operational standards.
