Job summary

M.S. Rau is seeking an Aspen Gallery Sales Manager to lead daily sales operations, drive client experience, and manage the Aspen gallery team. This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales and requires a strong track record in luxury sales leadership and high-value transactions.

You will mentor the sales staff, develop relationships with collectors, and ensure top-tier service across the gallery. Occasional travel and events support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of sales management experience, including leading teams.
• 10+ years selling luxury products or services, ideally high-value deals.
• Proven ability to coach, develop teams, and build pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce and Gong is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations and client engagement to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee gallery presentation, staffing, and on-site client experience.
• Monitor pipeline, activity, CRM accuracy, and client follow-up.
• Coach team on luxury sales, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations on workflow, logistics, and installations.
• Partner with executives on performance, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
