Job summary

The Condado Collection is seeking a Sales Administrative professional to handle group and corporate inquiries, maintain client databases, and support Sales & Marketing in a luxury Puerto Rico hotel setting. You will coordinate communications, site tours, and reports for VIP clients while contributing to revenue growth.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required, with strong English and Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, administrative and/or customer service required.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong English and Spanish communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle group and corporate inquiries to maximize revenues and minimize losses.
• Answer phones and emails, follow up with each group and corporate client.
• Engage VIP clients pre-arrival and coordinate agendas.
• Maintain events schedule and enter bookings in the PMS system.
• Develop and maintain all sales databases and client records.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
• Conduct site tours and internet market research.
• Assist with reporting and prepare client proposals and media kits.
