Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, using POS and clienteling tools, processing transactions, stocking, and participating in brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience using POS systems and Mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style & service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques
• Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory and replenishment
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and secure
• Process transactions and support online pickups
• Support inventory movement and replenishment
• Assist teammates across functions as needed
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
