Job summary

Coach at Fashion Place in Murray, Utah is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations and participate in omnichannel selling to build lasting client relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and comfort with both in-store and digital selling tools. Flexible scheduling and heavy lifting are involved.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
