Job summary

Coach in Murray, UT is seeking a part-time Temporary Sales Associate III to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, including inventory and merchandising, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style guidelines.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized floor and stockroom; assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
