Job summary

GEARYS Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, CA seeks an experienced luxury sales professional with a passion for luxury giftware and fine jewelry to join our team and manage a client book. You will cultivate relationships with demanding clients and exceed expectations through exceptional service.

This full-time role is commissioned with a robust benefits package. Hours include Saturdays and occasional Sundays, with hourly pay starting at $23 DOE + commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous luxury sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (in person, via email, or telephone).
• Able to shine individually and as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to research to find the right solution for each situation.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients
• Conduct outreach to clients using digital tools and technology in the interest of exceeding client needs and expectations
• Deliver a World-Class level of Customer Service that is patient, friendly and warm, to ensure satisfaction and build a client-based following and business

• Consistently provides outstanding customer service to each client and guest.
