As a Sales Associate at GEARYS Beverly Hills Rolex Boutiques, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our clientele. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Rolex timepieces to engage with guests, answer their questions, and guide them towards the perfect watch to suit their needs and style. Building lasting relationships with our clients and exceeding their expectations will be at the heart of your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Deepen your knowledge of the Rolex brand history, collections, and technical specifications to confidently advise and educate clients.
• Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences, and curate personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
• Present Rolex products and guide clients through the purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, from initial welcome to post-purchase care.
• Uphold the high standards of service expected at GEARYS Beverly Hills, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine enthusiasm for Rolex timepieces and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
• 3-5 years of experience in a luxury sales environment, preferably with a focus on watches and jewelry.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of luxury watch brands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse clientele.
