Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining a welcoming, client-focused environment, coordinating boutique operations, and supporting inventory and merchandising while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and client service experience.
• Strong drive to achieve business results with passion for creativity, fashion and the brand.
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships through communication, organization and follow-through.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and electronically.
• Read, count and write to complete all business and client documentation.
• Adapt priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to operate POS systems, phones, computers and other office equipment; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI including, upsell targets and transaction metrics.
• Maintain a results-driven, team-first attitude at all times.
• Create a welcoming client-focused environment across in-person, phone and digital channels.
• Develop local and international client book; recruit and cultivate top clients.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and tell client stories to drive sales.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues for business benefit.
• Support boutique operations: floor moves, merchandising, housekeeping, inventory counts.
• Assist in stock locations, pack/wrap merchandise when needed.
