Job summary

Coach is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate at Las Vegas Premium North Outlets to deliver a luxury shopping experience and meet store goals. You will engage clients, maintain product knowledge, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Availabilities include evenings, weekends, Sundays, and holidays including Black Friday; relevant POS experience and strong English are preferred to help guests and drive brand loyalty in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and move around the floor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, stock, merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
• Process transactions and manage returns/exchanges; support inventory and operations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives.
