The Moore Miami is seeking a friendly and professional host to warmly greet guests and manage seating and reservations in a luxury setting. You will coordinate with the dining room teams, maintain knowledge of the menu and events, and deliver a memorable first impression for guests arriving at The Moore’s signature spaces.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in fine dining hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality (min 1 year).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible availability.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet guests and manage first impressions.
• Coordinate seating and reservations with real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of the property, menu, and events.
• Know client profiles and preferences for personalized service.
• Communicate seating preferences and special requests to managers and staff.
• Provide and adjust wait time estimates and manage guest lists.
• Collaborate with management and restaurant teams to ensure smooth flow of guests.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming host area and assist with coat check.
