Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking a Rooms Control Coordinator to collaborate with Front Desk, Revenue, and Housekeeping to manage inventory and maximize revenue for guestrooms and suites.

You will block rooms, balance inventory, and coordinate with teams to ensure upgraded inventory is ready for arriving guests, while maintaining system accuracy and VIP allocations. This role offers strong growth in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Front Desk and/or Reservations experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a tech-savvy approach.
• Knowledge of room inventory management and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Block the house and manage queue rooms.
• Balance room types to optimize revenue.
• Identify upsell opportunities and set pricing strategies with Revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to prepare upgraded inventory.
• Maintain Opera inventory balance and correct variances.
• Allocate VIP upgrades and reserve rooms for front desk upgrades.
• Manage Out of Order/Out of Service rooms and liaise with departments.
