Qualifications

• Ten years of hotel experience; five years in an executive role.
• Experience across multiple hotel divisions (Rooms, F&B, Eng/SEC).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop leadership teams.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and revenue oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes operational strategies aligned with hotel goals.
• Interfaces with corporate leadership to support brand objectives.
• Leads owner and executive meetings, reports on performance.
