Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Rooms Back of House Supervisor to coordinate housekeeping in assigned sections and assist Room Attendants as needed. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 3+ years in luxury hotel housekeeping, Opera experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping at a luxury hotel.
• Housekeeping supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera is a must and HotSOS preferred.
• Strong proficiencies in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiar with hotel systems and operations and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and be detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Prepare inspection reports for all guest rooms daily, including requests and status.
• Inspect guest check-out rooms for cleanliness and amenities.
• Ensure rooms are prepared within hotel timing guidelines.
• Maintain public areas to hotel standards.
• Respond to and delegate requests during shifts.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering for needs and actions.
• Report substandard conditions or damages to Housekeeping.
• Regularly evaluate room attendants on performance.
• Action retraining to meet standards as needed.
• Notify Front Desk of vacancy, requests, and room status discrepancies.
