Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will mentor staff to uphold Forbes and AAA Five Diamond luxury service standards and collaborate with chefs to maintain a seamless service flow.

The role requires supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, familiarity with POS and reservation systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house operations in luxury food & beverage settings.
• Ability to mentor and develop a team to Forbes/AAA luxury service standards.
• Knowledgeable about menu offerings, allergies, and guest dining preferences.
• Certified in Food Handling and Alcohol Awareness and proficient with POS/reservation systems.
